Why this exists
Irish open data is good and almost nobody looks at it, partly because the raw files are full of traps that turn into a plausible wrong number rather than an error. A registration plate that changes twice a year. A property sale filed months after it closed. Prices that include VAT on one row and not the next.
Each page here handles those first and then says, in the open, exactly what it did. A number whose derivation is hidden is not evidence of anything.
Fetches that succeeded, over this pipeline's last 246 attempts: 100%. Deliberately not called upstream availability, because a failure here can equally be this pipeline's own network or host, and blaming the source for that would be exactly the kind of unearned attribution the rest of this site tries to avoid. It is published because a dashboard built on somebody else's data should say how often it actually reaches it. When a fetch fails, the previous good copy is served and the page says so.
